Sophisticated Scraps
Open a new image 700 by 700
Floodfill with white.
Paste as a new layer mask layer 1 and then mask layer 2.
next past your frame & Doodle
Now add the tube,remove any excess from the lower part with the erase tool.
Lower the Opacity in your layer palette to 54%.
Add your text & copyright.
Now click back onto your tube layer.
Hold down your shift key
with your freehand selection tool
Draw over the winged area of the tube.
Effects > Xenofex > constalation

Twinkle rotation 45
Keep original Image
OK
Select none merge all
Copy & paste in As
Back to psp
Edit > Undo merge> Undo select > Undo plugin
Repeat the plugin same settings but hit Random seed once.
select none & merge
Copy & Take to AS
Hit CTRL L once
Back to psp repeat the last steps again hitting the random seed button.
Take toAS & Hit Ctrl L again
You now have three layers.
Resize and Crop to your liking.
Optimise Wizard and save as
