Flower & Mask

Open a new image 800 by 600
Floodfill with white
Paste your tube as a new layer
layers > Duplicate the tube
click onto the original tube layer in your layer palette
Adjust > Blur > Gaussian blur
set at 4.00 > Ok
X out the white bg and merge layers visible.
Un hide the white.

Open the scotch2 ribbon
duplicate it and apply the gaussian blur to the original layer.
merge visible , Copy and paste onto your working image.
place at the base of your tube and add a light grey drop shadow.
2 > 2 >50 > 5.00
Add these effects on each element you add,
before you paste them over to your working image

Now we are going to add the flowers
once you have added your effect  click on the white bg layer on your working image.
this is so we are working behind the tube.
Copy & Paste your flower and place to the right.
Duplicate the flower and mirror image move it slightly higher on the left.
Now duplicate again and this time , drag the flower to the top of your layer
palette so its the top layer
with your deform tool reduce the size
place just above the crease on the ribbon, use your erase tool to take away the stalk overlap.

You will notice on the right hand side flower the petal overlaps the ribbon slightly.
to do this click on the flower on the right and duplicate it.
Drag to the top of your layer palwtte
(highlight it , left click and keep hold & Drag up)
Now with your erase tool take away the excess that overlays on the rest of the tag,
just leaving the slight overlap visible.

Click back on the white bg and Add a new raster layer
With your selection tool set on rectangle draw out the shape
make it a good size around your main image

Copy and paste paper of choice as new layer
Selections > Invert
Hit delete & select none.
Layers > Load mask apply & Ok
Merge group
At this point resize your working image by 80% & add your copyright
Now add a new raster for your test on a curve.
With your preset shape tool set on Elipse ,Draw around the edge of your mask.
Take your text tool and align the "A" with the vector making sure its showing on an angle.
Write out your text , when done look to your layer palette
you will see a small + sign next to your vector
click the + and x out the vector , Apply a light drop shadow to your text.

Now to animate
Click onto the mask layer
Effects> Plugins > Xenofex 2 > Constellation
Settings
2.21 > 50 > 64 > 0 > 100 > 40
OK & Merge all layers
Copy and paste in animation shop as new animation
Back to psp

Edit > Undo merge > Undo Plugin

Repeat the plugin hitting Random seed and merge all
Take to AS > Hit CTRL L once

Back to psp

Edit > Undo merge > Undo Plugin

Repeat the plugin hitting Random seed and merge all
Take to AS > Hit CTRL L once
You now have 3 frames in AS
Optimise Wizard
and save as
