Tramages
Xero set1 Porcelain

Open a new image 800 by 600
Floodfill with white
Copy & Paste the Scalloped frame as a new layer
Colourise to your liking
Effects > Tramages > Metal Peacocks
Setting tile size 120 > Offset 140 > Shading 128 & OK
add a couple of elements i used hearts
X out the white Bg & Merge layers
Apply the Mteal peacock effect again.
Unhide the white bg.

Duplicate the Frame layer
Click back onto the original
Effects >Mosaic Antique
Settings
Columns 50 Tile diffusion 41
Rows 50 Grout width 2
Grout diffusion 26
OK

Now click back onto duplicate frame (your top one)
Magic wand inside and expand by 13
Copy & Paste your paper of choice or
Make your own shiny paper with your Gradient palette.
Selections > Invert >Hit delete

Now apply your tube also
Hit Delete & Select none
Add a drop shadow to your tube.
-2 > -2 > 50 >5.00

Now click back on the frame.
In your later palette , Drag to the top.

Click onto your paper layer.
Tramages >Mo Jellyfish
Setting tile size 30 > Offset 173 > Shading 132 & Ok

Click onto your tube
Effects > Xero > Poreclain
settings > Softness 50 > Strengh128 > Brightness 128
OK

Add any extra embelishments you wish to
Add Copyright & Name

Crop & Save as PNG
